What is a delegate package?
A per-person day rate that bundles the room, lunch, coffee breaks and equipment into one price, often called DDR. You build the packages once; the engine prices every booking by headcount automatically.
Will big or complex events book themselves too?
No, and that's deliberate. The engine handles standard meetings and small groups; larger or more complex requests are routed to your sales team as a normal enquiry in the pipeline, carrying everything the customer already entered.
Is the availability really live?
Yes. The engine sells from the same space calendar Sales & Events runs on, one data layer, no sync job. When a room is booked, by your team or by the website, it's gone from sale the same second.
Does it only work for meetings?
Meetings are the sweet spot, but anything you can price as a room plus a per-person package can be sold online: workshops, private dinners, celebrations. If it lives in your space calendar, it can be booked from your website.
