What is GRAND?
GRAND is one platform for hotels and venues: a hotel PMS with booking engine, housekeeping and rate management, Sales & Events with proposals, function sheets and invoicing, a restaurant POS, and AI agents that work across all of it. One calendar, one guest bill, one data layer.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. GRAND is built and hosted in the EU under European law, and GDPR compliance is part of how the platform is designed rather than an add-on. Read about security and compliance
Where are your servers located?
In the EU. Your data is stored and processed inside the European Union, under European law.
Does integrations cost extra?
No. Integrations are included in every plan, including the open API, channel connections and accounting exports. No connection fees, no per-integration charges.
What kind of support do I get?
