How does the rooming list work for a conference block?
The rooming list lives on the event booking. For now it works the classic way: the booker sends the spreadsheet of names, you drop it onto the booking, and auto-assign distributes the guests across the block's rooms. The front desk just sees a normal arrival list. Coming soon: the Coordinator fills the list in for you from the booker's email.
Do unclaimed rooms in a block release automatically?
Yes. An event's room block reserves real room-type inventory, and unclaimed rooms release back for sale automatically at the cutoff date, no spreadsheet reconciling between the events team and the front desk.
Can small meetings book themselves online?
Yes: the event booking engine sells meeting rooms and delegate packages from your own website, with live availability and online payment. Larger or more complex enquiries route to your sales team as a normal enquiry in the pipeline.
